When you open the site, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, time, page requested, browser). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website sets no advertising cookies and embeds no analytics services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google.

3. Contactanfragen

If you use the form, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed, and after three years at the latest.

4. Nutzung der Software

In the customer portal we process login data, uploaded photos, generated videos and usage data in order to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Photos and videos are visible only to your office unless you create a share link yourself.

5. Auftragsverarbeiter

For operations and video generation we use service providers, including a hosting provider inside the EU and providers for video processing. Data processing agreements are in place with them. Payments are handled via Stripe. A list of current sub-processors is available on request.

6. Ihre Rechte

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
